Heads up on a future Aerojumble folks (just had a flyer through the door)

Sunday 31st July 2011 – Brooklands Museum aero jumble and auto jumble.

Car boot pitches available at £20 to encourage “the smaller amateur sellers”.

Added attractions on the day of aero-engine runs, open cockpits and meet the pilots.

Have you noticed the date has slipped by a week or two?

It usually co-incides with the start of, or end of the Beltring War and Peace show, thus making it an added attraction to one stallholder who has to travel far to get to these events.

With the undoubted saving of combined fuel costs not applying this year, I’m not planning to attend either event.

Last year I reckoned there were possibly seven or eight stalls selling aero of some sort. Who knows what this year’s total will be?

You will be missed, some of the years your stall has been “The aerojumble” part of this event
