Info required on aircraft built by Marsh Jones & Cribb of Leeds

Can anyone please tell me exactly what aircraft types this company built, & also if the construction of a batch of Sopwith Snipes was actually started, I have heard a number of conflicting stories about the Snipes, some say that at least 10 were built, whilst others say that none were completed. Did they have a company logo/transfer on their aircraft, & if so what did it look like ?.

Also, was there a connection between this company & W.D Oddey of Leeds, or Portass of Sheffield ?.
