The Ref 10B/169 tends to indicate that is radio/radar related.

Peter,
Does it have white painted numbers on the edge of each of those teeth (or the remains of them?). The reason i ask is that i found a very similar item on a Lancaster site which turned out to be from the Bomb Selector Panel.
