Meteor D.16

Does anyone have and info regarding this aircraft, in particular I’m interested in details of the tow target that was carried by some of them for a brief period on pylons with winch.

Glad she’s being restored, the D.16 looks awful in my opinion and the colour choice was an eyesore.

Sadly only got a couple of days to get the info and the artwork finished off!

The Boscombe Down museum should be of help as they have D.16 WK800 at their site…
