VoyTec…that looks like 1034 Squadron on his sleeve?
1034 = Surbition Squadron, ATC.
I am pretty certain that Norman Franks was a Civilian Instructor with that squadron, and possibly around that time.
Do you have his contact details, or shall I ask him.
