article on whirlwind fuselage in flight archive june 1944

Hi All,
I know a few here are interested, so thought the best way was to post a thread.

I found this in the flight archive, tests on the whirlwind fuselage.

unfortunately page 20 was scanned in error by the archive, so the article is not complete.
cheers
Jerry

Its scanned from an original…the online archive seems to be missing pp19-20 which is mainly an article on the B-29..

Thanks for that Longshot.

Are you able to provide a link to this part of the article. Or is it a scan from your own copy of the article?

Kind regards

Paul

The last bit of the article is tucked in at the bottom of a 2-pager on the B-29

Hi Jerry,
They seem to have a request to let them know of scanning problems or missing items – try that?

Thanks for sharing these Jerry – definitely an interesting read.

The authors addressing of the question re corrosion was also particularly interesting.

Another magazine for me to watch for on that well know auction site!
