Eddie Jager, Spitfire pilot

I got this request and thought I’d share it just in case anyone knows him or have heard his name before

G’day,
I worked with a man named, Eddie Jager who said he was a pilot of the GREAT Sptifire.
I would appreciate any information on Eddie if you have some record. Also perhaps, if he is still living, so I could correspond, if he would like to. We met in Bankstown Sydney NSW, and worked together. I was an instrument maker and he was an electronics wiz and he used my home-made air compressor, which i made from an Ariel Redhunter enging.
