Not promissing at first, but try digging – search ‘RAF at war’ for example and check out all of the RAF film unit newsreels. Some of this is familar, but some isn’t. The later ‘RAF at war’ parts include loads of contemporary Blenheim footage, Sunderlands, rescue launches, B17, the works. There’s also an excellent air-to-ground Hurricane strike sequence (which I forgot to bookmark and have now lost)

If they have I have not seen them – this is a marvellous series – RAF, Luftwaffe, Russian material and Cold War jets – good narration and interviews. Many thanks for posting the link.
