Tube fork ends info

Does anyone have any information on the dimensions of the BS 308-8 Tube Fork Ends?
They came as both inserts and outserts to fit over the end of a tube and allow the piece to be pinned to a joint or eyebolt.
They were British Standard parts, so should have a table of the different sizes to make new ones.
