The brace of Shackletons at Paphos in Cyprus have been relocated quite recently, according to the contractor’s website. Also moved was the Flamant which has kept them company for many years.

At least the move shows considerable commitment to their future well-being, since the expense incurred must be considerably more than the option involving a JCB frenzy and two large skips!

Impressive pictures all the same and as you say shows quite a commitment to their care, thanks for posting.
I dont remember Mr Cowling and his ancient telehandler being that good with ‘756 and ‘ 795!

You might be right. The crane operator website said ‘recent jobs’ and the forum search didn’t seem to indicate this activity before, but I now see they did move about three years ago, so ……hmmm, not sure.

Isnt this the old move due to expansion of the terminal….
