Last Friday (3 Sept) my daughter and I were in a long slow moving line of traffic on the A58 heading towards Halifax at about 11.30am. The A58 is a windy road and we kept getting glimpses of the cause; a low loader with a substantial airframe section on board. From where we were it looked like a Tornado fuselage with intakes but no nose/tail/wings. Sadly we had to turn off to keep an appointment before I could get close enough for a photo.
I’m guessing it was on its way to Jet Art but there’s nothing on their web site; it definitely wasn’t the simulator they have listed.
Any ideas?
