Great news for the early aviation buffs. I sent a reminder through to Jim Sullivan at Sounds Historical a few weeks back that parts 5 and 6 of the series “I Saw Them Fly” had still not yet aired and it had been a while since episode 4 back in April.

Jim Sullivan acknowledged my reminder and kindly made sure to put them in the schedule, the result being Episode 5 aired this past Sunday – and it’s great! With personal memories of Samuel Cody, Geoffrey de Havilland, Alliott Verdon Roe, and James McCudden just before WWI – and it can be listened to here, 18 minutes into this recording:
