Can someone out there confirm the full part number of the piece shown in the attached.
The remains of the part number are clearly readable as 10xxx86x and the bits where the x’s are suggest it to be 10A/6866.
Any info on this and details of installation and what screws to the fitting on top and the function of the rods projecting from it would be much appreciated
