Hi all forum members, we all talk about the Spitfire, and the Mustang with great revelation, and the accolades are due to both models for there outstanding records in service to their respective countries. My question to you is, is there any love for the tempest/typhoon? Was it their service dismal?
Could you sucessfully encounter a Me-109 or a FW-190, and come out on top? I know it was a good train buster, and a good air to ground platform, but it rarely gets a mention. Any thoughts?:cool:
