Sea Vixen XJ494 to be named

In case anyone’s interested the sea vixen at brunty will be named during a short ceremony at brunty on the 17th of July the aircrew are two ex-RAE Flt/Lt only the nav is hoping to be there and the wife of the pilot who sadly passed lately, it is primarily being named in his honour as he was one of the last aircrew to fly her before she was laid up and stored

If anyone is interested catch it for the history books let us know, i won’t be there however as like many i shall be at RIAT although i’m there to work by backside of !!!!!
