I have an airfix model of a VC10 which I want to paint in the colours of the VC10 when my Grandfather flew them in the late 60’s/early/mid 70’s. Like this:
Any idea which airfix paints will look best?
Cheers

The top is white, the bottom is RAF Light Aircraft Gray,
So normally Humbrol 166 or 129, or Tamiya XF-20, or Xtracolor X15, Or Gunze 332 according to IPMS Stockholm charte:
http://www.ipmsstockholm.org/colorcharts/stuff_eng_colorcharts_uk.htm
And here are decals for your model: http://www.f-dcal.fr/pages/silk/14018.html
Hope it helps.
