Pehaps, but several special weapon panels were aircraft specific. Here is a site that shows the Buccaner panel. need to scroll down http://www.nuclear-weapons.info/vw.htm#WE.177
or a direct link to the Bucc panel: http://nuclear-weapons.info/images/pilotpanel700px.png
Great site on the WE177 by the way.
The delivery options selector knob seems consistant with a WE/177 (not sure how the delay function is activated for underwater use?), but many aircraft were cleared for it.
Color of the panel, only one weapon and date on the panel of 1984 still suggests Tornado to me, but still a guess. Sea Harrier had a similar instrument panel color.
If you look here http://forum.keypublishing.com/showthread.php?132135-Buccaneer-multi-role-panel you can see that there are two boxes screwed into the Bucc panel which could possibly be swapped out for this one. For all I know this approach may have been carried over to other platforms – although the earlier SWC no. 1 which has exactly the same controls as the Bucc looks Tornado-specific.
The differences appear to be more sophisticated safety and arming including the USG, no depth mode and the function (yield?) switch.
