This year in the 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain. I’m in the process of post-blogging the events of the Battle – week by week as they happened 70 years ago. I hope this could be of interest to all and I’m always looking for more people to comment/suggest/add to the blog.

Today, 4 June, is the 70th anniversary of Churchill’s “we shall fight them on the beaches” speech. It is one of the defining moments of the period.
