Swordfish photo from my old PC

I found this on the hard drive of my old PC…think it was on ebay about 7 years ago and was on the quay at Dakar, Senegal…… Any ideas?

Thanks wieesso …It must be a fairly well known photo…reportedly salvaged by Vichy forces after ditching during Operation Menace , the unsuccessful attempt by the British and De Gaulle’s Free French to prise Dakar and Senegal from the Vichy Government in September 1940
