Hi,
Our Jumo 211 restoration is now coming along leaps and bounds (work had to stop while we relocated the museum to Balcombe from Redhill).
Does anyone on the forum know if the hose clips pictured in the attachment still exist? perhaps one of our German friends may know of a source. Most of the clips have corroded beyond use so we could do with finding quite a number of these. The photos attached are of the Jumo that we are restoring for the Luftfarts Museum in Bodo Norway.
Any help or pointers would be very much appreciated.

…the reduction gear box casing removed. The condition is like new!
Absolutely exquisite!!! :diablo:
You’re going to have to make this thread ‘Certificate 18’ if you are going to post aero-engine porn like that! 😀

Lovely! I hope everything is as good as it looks, nothing worse than finding something that looks great for 99% only to find 1% is corrosion or damage in a critical position that makes a part not useable. Anymore photos?

Excellent stuff, anymore photos/info on your resto? just picked up a nice 9-2021 for a 211 F, would love the engine to go with it!

Much easier than that – try Mercedes Benz – they are still used on modern Mercedes cars.
