tank identity question

Can someone out there identify the aircraft type from which this tank comes (shown with a 12inch rule for scale).

On the side is a plate that reads

Anti-icer tank 3 Pints
Serial No
Drawing No
Fluid Spec B.S. 3 D9
0002040A

We take it that the latter number is the part no but that’s a guess, and the other two numbers have worn so we can’t discern them.

You can just see one of the two line connectors on the left upper side.

As I type this I just realise the simple test I should have carried out is to check the thread on said connectors to determine if it is UK or US..dummy of the week!

thanks

Under the nose, strapped to one of the upper gear support frames.

Thanks guys.

I’ll have to check to see where it fits and if we already have one installed in our a/c before I know it’s swapability.

cheers

Yes, single seat vampire. Jon Howard will require one of these for VZ193 if you want me to put you in touch?
