Hello, men !
The information about two “Egyptian” P-47 Thunderbolt fighters (from years 1948-1951) is very arguable until today.
The worldairforces.com site mentioned the fact, that these P-47 were used by Air Force of Egypt.
Who knows more ?
Maybe, here are new researches of this subject at present ?
Any facts, images, opinions ?
Wait for the answers.
Regards,
Flyer.

The RAF had a P-47 OTU in Egypt, the closest the P-47 ever got to service in Europe with the RAF. Lend lease equipment had to be returned or paid for at the end of the war, much was destroyed but given the Indian B-24’s that were put back into use its not impossible that a few were made serviceable, however briefly.
