film "One of our aircraft is missing"

In the early part the crew are on board a Wellington, I noticed that they used a thick rope along the inside of the fuselage to keep balance when walking. I wonder if the rope ever had a part Number ? !

And has a rope been placed in the Wellington at Brooklands ?, or included by model makers.
