12 SQN RAAF – WW2

I am looking for photographs of aircraft/people connected with 12 SQN RAAF during WW2.

I have a manuscript that was sent to be by a former member of that squadron (Jim Bigelow). I am thinking of getting it into electronic form and publishing it as a book.

Contained in the manuscript is a lot of personal letters written in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s by former squadron members and the level of detail about the activities during WW2 makes very informative reading – far greater than that you ever read in official accounts.

Why am I doing this – simply because I can! I want these small details not to be lost as these former warriors pass on.
