Naming for 1316 Flight?

Hello all,

trying to figure out the history of allied Dominie use, I came across this contradiction:
No 510 sq. is referred to as Metropolitan Communication Squadron, and its B flight as No 1316 Allied Communication Flight (by Belgian sources)
or No 1316 (Dutch) Communication Flight (by Dutch sources)

Is there an RAF buff out there who knows the proper name?
