Lodestar at Isla Guadalupe

Noted on a ‘derelict aircraft’ search on Google an image of a derelict Lockheed twin (likely a Lodestar) on the Mexican island of Isla Guadalupe . Does anyone have any ideas of an identity for it??

I’ll bet that has an interesting tale to tell. It doesn’t look to be quite the same shape it was when it came out the factory.

“…on approach from the southwest end, you can see the old plane wreck before the threshold on the right, a Lockheed Loadstar. The military said it’s been there 20 years.”
