Instrument panel bulbs needed

Does anyone here have available, or know of where I can get these bulbs?

They are to fit Thorn Translite illuminated instrument panels, I’m not going to light it up just yet but these same bulbs actually retain the panel face aswel!
I’m guessing the bulbs are made by Thorn aswel, they are about 10mm long by 5mm in diameter, screw in and appear to be a bulb bonded inside a red or clear sleeve with a black cap.
Also would be gratefull if I could get the original type gasket / washer that goes around the collar of these bulbs.
