RAF WW2 Trolley Accumulators

Does anybody know of any RAF trolley accumulators in any UK museums?
I am building a 1:32 scale kit of one and have a couple of photos and a drawing [ such as it is ] it is the variety with holes in the wheel hubs and a chamfered lid to the box.
but I could do with seeing and measuring the real thing.
I live on the Suffolk/Essex border so a reasonable distance would be handy.

Thanks in advance

Graham

Sorry to say that the picture that Mk.V has posted is of a post war…er…Mk.V. (Don’t ask why that trolly acc is plugged into a Mk.V Spitfire…may have something to do with the Hoffman blades fitted to that perticular Spitfire)

Oh…John’s got there before me!

me thinks the use of the phrase “WW2” in the thread’s title might have been a clue as to the period required…. :diablo:

Its a fair cop! 🙂
