Just had a leaflet through my door stating that this years Aerojumble at Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey is on Sunday the 18th July 2010, will be combined with a regular aviation day in addition to aero engine runs, open cockpits and meet the pilots. As always this aerojumble will be combined with the obligatory aerojumble. Thought I would give this a plug as aerojumbles are a rare entity nowadays.

Yep I tend to agree having been to 3 of the last events, its never advertised widely, huge potential, what better than to have an aerojumble at an aviation museum with plenty of walk on aircraft exhibits!

Yes, got my invite today and as it once again co-incides with the start of the War and Peace show I will probably grace it with my presence (:)).
Were it not for that, you would not catch this aerojumblaholic anywhere near it since, year upon year, they fail to advertise the event adequately enough to actually attract any custom!
Such a huge potential catchment area within relatively short travelling distance of the museum and they can’t be arsed to broadcast details of the event much beyond their own web-site.

As this event is getting nearer I thought I would give it a bump! I know it gets slated but its an AEROJUMBLE! long may they live…
