Fasteners for a seat cushion? Alternatively are they plates of some sort? Are they holding armour plate sections together? Never seen anything like it before I’m afraid.

Well there’s two of the little blighters and they’re fixed at about neck hight on either side of the pilots seat…

Looks like the clip that attaches the oxygen mask to the Helmet.
