Hi
I hope some of you can again be of assistance in answering a question relating to my research of RAF Henley-on-Thames, Upper Culham Farm, Crazies Hill.
It is about the training of Neville Duke with 13 EFTS
firstly I think he got his wings in early possibly 1941?, which I presume means he did his training at White Waltham where 13 EFTS was based.
What I would also like to know if anybody has studied his log books of this particular period of training and can tell me if he ever used Henley airfield for part of his training, Henley was the Relief Landing Ground for 13 EFTS between July to December 1940. If anybody has any information regarding this or any other pilots who did there training with 13 EFTS at this time then I would be most interested to know.
cheers
Darren
