Lim 2 (Mig 15) at Shoreham

What happenwd to the Lim2 (Mig 15) that was in the Southern Air hangar at Shoreham in the early 1990s. As far as I recall a JP arrived at Shoreham at about 13:00 on a Friday afternoon and the Mig was flown away, where to I do not know. Where did it fly tom, and/or is it stored away in a museum somewhere

Yes Rolf Meum.. good display pilot. Have fond memories of Mark and Rolf tail-chasing around here in the T33 and Vampire, Sabre and MiG, and two of the ex Swiss Hunters. Oh happy days..!

Rolf Meum was one of the OFMC pilots who flew the MiG before it went to Brazil.

The second MiG eventually found its way to Everett Aero and was exported to America in 2001. What happened to it after that I don’t know…
