page 7 of the other magazine actually states “is destined for a new life”
how can this be !!! i’ll be very upset if she goes, its already cost one spitfire from the bbmf fleet to get her flying again.

with due respect, yes i read the old thread, but once again decembers issue page 7 says “is” destined for india .what do they know to make a comment like that! if we wait for it to come out in the wash , it may be too late to even voice an opinion. next months may say “shes gone” then what?

i do get upset at seeing our heritage going abroad nothing can be done about private sales but our own bbmf ,well just the thought upsets me. thanks bruce this makes me feel a little better now.

The fact is, the other magazine published a rumour, that has been quoshed by a number of people at BBMF itself.
They will of course keep it going – they dont want to be seen to be wrong after all!
