Lancaster mock-up images wanted

More of a note here for New Zealand forum users:

A friend of mine in the US, aviation author James Farmer who wrote
Celluloid Wings and Broken Wings is very interested in obtaining any
stills of the Lancaster mock-up that was at Masterton Aerodrome
for the Dambusters filming.
