Help Needed With Scaling

I know that i am almost certainly being thick, but today I recieved an excellent set of scale drawings, but im trying to work out the scale.

it seems that 5 feet is equal to would it be ten twelfths of an inch or 2.1cm

what scale would that make the drawing? in terms of 1/10 or 1/48th

I honestly feel like a right twerp asking this 😮
