What more can be done for the Canberra?

I had a thought today while at work and just thought about what the future holds for the ‘live’ but not air worthy Canberras in the U.K? If we fast forward 20-30 years will we be looking back and saying if only or what if?
It really does suprise me that there is’nt one airworthy in the U.K at the mo and has’nt been for a little while now are they really that costly to keep airworthy?…………what more can be done to get one of these proud birds back into the air?………
