Low Level DC3 flying over my Office????

I wonder if anyone here knows why a DC3 was flying at low level across the Black Country this morning at 07:50 – heading west.

I was sitting in my office, quietly reading online, when I heard the unmistakeable note of the engines – and very quickly looked out to see the DC3 speed across our 3 storey office building at I guess 250ft – but this is Wednesbury and within BHX controlled airspace??? Highly unusual sight, and I’m curious why it was up so early, and where it might have been heading for?

I’m quite used to Coventry’s DC3’s – this one appeared to be white / grey from the belly view I saw, so I can rule out the red radar equipped one, and any cammo example… :confused:
