Most Treasured Possesion Sdr Ldr Glaser

This is one of my most treasured possesions, I dug it myself at Culmhead and became good friends with the late dear departed hero Sdr Ldr Dave Glaser DFC as a result. I have posted His story before so i wont go on about it again.
I have always meant to research the name which was on the back of this plate.

Does anyone recognise the name, not sure if its Leech or Beech.

Church stanton later known as Culmhead in Somerset was manned by mainly Polish squadrons, does anyone know this name?
