“We’re looking for pix (because there are very few) of EFTS tigers 1939-45, ideally showing unit markings – probably a number (one or two digit) either on the nose or behind the fusleage roundel. Ideally like the date and which EFTS it belonged to.
Ones we are particularly interested in, to discover the numbers, are:

12 EFTS Prestwick
20 EFTS
9 EFTS
c/n 86458 NM138
29 EFTS “

Hi, Yes no problem please use it, could you credit the Wings Museum UK please. The original photographer is long gone, but we hold the original as part of the RAF Redhill archives.

15EFTS Tigers photo query
Hi Dan. I hope this is no imposition, but I am a graphic designer working in Canada on a magazine which is featuring a story about the restoration and flight/s of a DH.82 Tiger Moth. A sidebar outlines the history of the Tiger Moth, including its role as a trainer. I came across your beautiful photo of the three in flight (15EFTS Tigers) and was wondering if we could use it to accompany the sidebar. The magazine in question is In The Hills (http://www.inthehills.ca/), a small local publication (42,000) for which I am extremely proud to work – but please do review the link and judge for yourself. If you are amenable, the file I can access here is large enough for print (6″ x 4.5″) but if possible I would like to credit the photographer and include some details (if you have any) including the year it was taken.
