Help required please : is this a Spitfire prop blade ?

I have a propellor blade that I was told belonged to a Spitfire ?. It has the following numbers : “3” & “RA9918” & “PB81” & “H40156” and on the bottom : “RTS”. Can anyone help me to identify this?
