Touring France

In two weeks time, three friends and myself will be visiting Theux in Belgium, for an Auster fly-in and then will be travelling south to arrive at Pouilly, west of Dijon the following Saturday for the Broussard meet there. As we have some five days between the two events, we would like to try and visit other airfields or museums along the way.

Can anyone recommend places worth seeing in Northern or Mid France. After the Broussard meet, we would like to go further south to St. Rambert, where I believe a number of warbirds operate from?

Are there any French websites that would contain the sort of information we require, so that we could choose if there were alternatives to visit?
