History of Battleground surveillance aircrafts

Hi, guys.

I’m making a college work in ISR aircraft history, and although AEW and MP have a lot of papers according to evolution and history origins, battle management ground surveillance and reconnaissance aircrafts seems to have a lack of information.

Someone have any kind of material about this? Like links or papers?
Besides E-8 are there others memorable aircrafts in this sector?
