Jeeps And Jets 8-9 August 2009 North East Aircraft Museum

For those of you that are in the north of england and are free this weekend…or even if you live further away and are willing to travel

the annual NEAM jets and Jeeps show takes place this saturday and sunday from 10AM right through untill 5PM

Admission prices are standard

exhibits on show will be in the form of:
Jeeps (as the title gave away)
Military displays from both Allied and Axis Forces including Normandy Arnhem Association and Yesterdays Heroes
GroB Deutschland blank firing displays
Mini Radio Controlled Tanks
1940s Fashion show
Emergancy Services Display
Springer Spanniel trust
WRC Rally Cars
Durham/Northumberland Wing Air Training Corps
Authentic 1940s Field Kitchen
Mels Burger van

ohh and some burlesque dancers for those of you that like that sort of thing

As well as all this, we have a 1940s Dance on saturday night, tickets are £5

all proceeds are going toward restoring the vulcan B2 and getting a hangar built for her

if you would like to come to the event and require camping/caravan space, NEAM can accomodate you
