Servicable boom mike needed

Does anyone know where I can buy a servicable boom mike,for a MK4 helmet please?

I have tried Mart aviation,all be it two weeks ago and they didn’t seem to have any.

Does any particular make fit,ie does it not need to be ex RAF,is there a new build make that is compatible?
