You’re not kidding!! I remember talking to Andy about it, he did say how much a barrel of Avpin was, can’t recall the exact figure, but it was just slightly short of stratospheric… 😮

Really? I doubt you can even start a Lightning for less than £15, not to mention the other aircraft that take part. Each to their own, but I think £15 is great value for money.

Have to say after the great show in may and the QRA day last weekend I think 15 pounds is a bargain.
Unfortunately I’m on holiday 30th of August so I won’t be able to make this one 🙁

Running old jets, even though they are ground bound aint cheap
Where else are you gonna see live cold war jets for less
