208 squadron and meteor FR.9

At the moment I’m researching the Meteor FR.9. I’m having some difficulty gathering resources re 208 squadron. Does anyone know of any books etc where I might make a start.
Better still, is there anyone out there who was with the squadron in the early 1950s and would be willing to share some memories.

Thanks very much for that.
I’ve managed to track down the Association and am waiting to hear back from them.

I had some contact with their Squadron Association a few years ago relating to Meteor FR.9 Mod VZ608, which is displayed at Newark and briefly served with the squadron. http://www.newarkairmuseum.org/aircraftlist.htm

All archived now but a quick search has turned up:

208 Squadron Association, Malcolm Brown, Greenhaigh, 14 Woodham Road, Horsell, Woking, Surrey GU21 4DL

Hopefully it is still current! 🙂
