I too recommed spending money this way- fantastic experience.
I too highly recommend spending money this way as it was a fantastic experience for sure.
A superb prelude to Thunder City if you are of those means, (which im not……yet)
By ‘doing it’, i felt happy to be financially supporting Russell and his team to keep XS458 alive. A Tbird with a pulse & lots of get up and go must be worth supporting.
Id love to get XS420 back into a similar condition but alas, reality calls and i then wake up from my slumber.
Nice one folks …all the very best from us on the sidelines.

Without being pedantic wouldn’t it have been better if someone could say where the event is taking place and at what time to avoid looking up GOOGLE and finding out the cryptic meaning of the post.
I would have to assume [still] that we mean Cranfield in Bedfordshire
as the origonal message reads pm bocar for details….. 458 is kept at a caa run airfield and has limited places avalible, timetable is run by russell along with atc, and i am sure he would be happy to contact you with location and timetable as the events are not just open to general public, it is a rare chance to get up close and personal with the aircraft, the pilot and crew,
the sight ,sound and smell of this wonderfull aircraft are not to be missed and highly recomended,

Its at Cranfield, where the plane is kept.
I’ve got quite a few photos of it (always snap it as im walking out to go flying) Although i’ve never been lucky enough to see it do the high speed run.
What time is it on saturday?
