I have just got back from a week in Devon. On Sunday 28th June we were in Torquay and while I was in a shop just after lunch my wife saw a WW2 aeroplane fly over the harbour but was unable to recognise it. She tries her best to take an interest and would like to know what it was. Can anybody help?

Not the BBMF Dak as it was overnight at Carlisle and left at 2pm to fly back to Coningsby via Derbyshire.

Over Torquay
May have been the C-47 which had done a fly past for armed forces day parade on Plymouth Hoe.It flew very low over my daughters house while I was in the garden,also in Plymouth.This was the same one that had been at Kemble the previous weekend.Is this with the BoB flight?
