The "Daily Telegraph" Book of Airmen's Obituaries

Has anyone read this book?

There is one in the book club and wondered if it is worth the read.

Thanks.

Brian.

Thanks for your comments.

The book is at the moment is doing the rounds in a book club. Those that visit the workplace and leave a few samples. My sister told me there was one at her school office.

I think I might pay out £3 for this hardback book and see for myself. Save myself £17 as well.

the Telegraph obits are superb so any book based around them will also be so…..however, I find them depressing as all my heroes are flying high now and leaving the world a very sadder place.

Hello Brian

I have read some excellent articles both serious and humerous in the Telagraph over the years about our passing Hero’s my own good friend Dave Glaser had a write up. I didnt know there was a book and would think it would be an excellent read, how do you buy it? is it available online?

Graham
