Shuttleworth Collections Informal Flying Evening.
26th September 2009
The Shuttleworth Collections last evening air display of this season will take on a slightly different format to the normal evening shows. A number of the collections aircraft will be on display in the main car park, which will give visitors unrestricted access to view and photograph the aircraft up close, along with the opportunity to meet and talk with collections display pilots, and the engineers who maintain the aircraft. At certain times throughout the event aircraft will be taken from the display line onto the airfield and flown (weather permitting), but the main emphasis of this event is to allow visitors to take a close look round the aircraft with the chance to obtain some slightly different photographs of these unique aircraft.

Still looking forward to tomorrow though (weather permitting)

See you all there tomorrow (weather permitting)
I’m planning to be there tomorrow. However, will wait and do a weather check as some strong winds are currently predicted….. not good for the old aeroplanes.
Fingers crossed the wind drops,
Steve
